Ronesh Nand accepting his Cleaning Professional Skills Suite Certificate from Regional Director Yasa Panagoda.

Congratulations to Ronesh Nand for successfully completing the Cleaning Professional Skills Suite training, a series of three courses offered by Master Cleaners Training Institute that cover all aspects of safe working practices, equipment, proper procedures and innovations in the cleaning industry.

Originally from Fiji, Ronesh and his wife Joytesha moved to Christchurch and purchased a CrestClean franchise approximately two years ago. Like all CrestClean franchisees, they’re required to undergo professional training, which begins with three weeks of on-site induction training and progresses to the more in-depth practical skills in the three Modules of the Cleaning Professional Skills Suite. Last year, over 700 CrestClean franchisees attended some form of training with Master Cleaners Training Institute, which is accredited by the British Institute of Cleaning Sciences.

“Training is important because it prepares franchisees for meeting their customers’ demands for high quality cleaning,” says Adam Hodge, CEO of Master Cleaners Training Institute. “Quality training ensures consistency and safeguards CrestClean’s reputation, which helps all franchisees retain customers and continue to grow their businesses. It really benefits everybody and raises the standards for our entire industry.”

Congratulations to Ronesh – and all CrestClean franchisees – who have successfully completed their training!
