Our team of Regional Master Franchisees leads CrestClean’s operations in their local areas. They have sound industry knowledge, which they use to manage the customer relationship. They are responsible for quoting new business, presenting proposals and organising the franchisee team to perform the contracts.
Communication is the most important part of account management. Our Regional Master Franchisees maintain direct contact with customers, attending to any issues professionally and ensuring customers receive a quality service.
Our national support office provides corporate services to customers and franchisees. All invoicing and contract administration is centralised; we operate Microsoft Dynamics GP and Microsoft CRM as a leading edge IT platform. We have a team of over a dozen people working in specialist roles in Administration and Marketing, plus two full time Training Managers.
