NZ Golfing Pro Awarded Rookie of the Year
The Tauranga Team is all smiles at the annual Christmas party.
Tauranga CrestClean franchisees and their families gathered for their annual Christmas party at Kwang Chow in Mount Maunganui. The rainy day was brightened by an all-you-can-eat Chinese food feast and the good company of a great team.
Franchisees, friends and family were able to mingle among several tables, catching up on news and meeting new faces. Tauranga has had an exciting year of growth, so there were several new franchisees to be introduced. Among them was Woo Sung Lee, who was awarded Rookie of the Year, for his outstanding work and excellent customer service. Woo Sung joined CrestClean in May and also keeps busy as a professional golfer, currently ranked 25 on the New Zealand PGA.

As for Franchisee of the Year, that was a tough call, says Jan, but in the end the excellent mentoring and training, continuing top quality customer service, and willingness to put in the extra effort to ensure perfection, made Jill Shepherd stand out from the crowd. Many franchisees know Jill, as she is a Regional Trainer for Tauranga and trainer of other trainers for the Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions for Master Cleaners Training Institute.
Congratulations to Jill and Woo Sung on their outstanding work, and all the franchisees, whose hard work and dedication helped to make 2014 a banner year for Tauranga!
