Master Cleaners Training Institute has once again successfully completed the British Institute of Cleaning Science annual audit. BICSc International General Manager Colin Hanks travelled to New Zealand for 10 days to conduct the audit.

Master Cleaners Training Institute was found to be fully compliant with all of the audit criteria.

Assessors Alistair McCormick, Julie Griffin, Irshad Ali, Danish Sharma and Adam Hodge, who are all certified by BICSc to conduct assessments of franchisees’ training, were also individually audited. All successfully achieved renewed assessor accreditation for 2015-2016.

Also successful in attaining their BICSc Assessor approval were Tauranga franchisee Jill Shepherd, Invercargill franchisee Ashneer Datt, and CrestClean’s National Quality/Training Manager Chris Chapman.

“This brings the number of BICSc assessors to a total of nine, allowing us to meet the increasing demand by CrestClean for properly trained and assessed franchisees,” says Adam Hodge, CEO of Master Cleaners Training Institute.

“It’s great to have such a strong team of assessors,” says Adam. “It’s part of our vision to make a real impact on the quality of training in the New Zealand cleaning industry. And, we are certainly achieving our goal of raising the standards and status of the professional cleaners within our organisation.”

Master Cleaners Training Institute operates the training courses and upskilling for CrestClean and first achieved BICSc accreditation in early 2013. The accreditation must be renewed on a yearly basis. Congratulations to everyone involved in this year’s successful auditing process!
