‘Crest helped spread my wings’
Wellington Regional Manager Richard Brodie presented Hutt Valley/Wairarapa Regional Manager Clare Menzies with her three year Long Service Award.
An opportunity to join CrestClean three years ago is one Hutt Valley/Wairarapa Regional Manager Clare Menzies grasped.
“Prior to joining Crest, I was already working in the Health industry. Joining Crest made sense. It was an opportunity to grow and I saw it as a challenge to help develop the region. Crest has allowed me to spread my wings.”
Since her tenure, which was marked in April with a three year Long Service Award, Clare has seen a number of changes within the industry and CrestClean. Changes include Health and Safety, increased training and CrestClean’s Pure Water Window Cleaning system.
“The region has doubled in the last three years,” she says. “I have developed a lot of new skills. There is so much to learn in the cleaning industry and you never stop learning.”
One of the many things Clare has enjoyed over the last three years is helping increase the growth of the region.
“There’s certainly more room for Crest to grow in the Hutt Valley and Wairarapa. It is great working with a professional company, being part of the culture of Crest and developing relationships with franchisees and Regional Managers throughout the country. I am proud of the franchise teams in the Hutt Valley. They are dedicated and highly motivated to provide our customers with consistent, quality cleaning standards,” she says.
