Taranaki franchisees enjoyed catching up with Regional Manager Prasun Acharya.
Franchisees Angeline Krithi and Sebastian M.V. attended the first Taranaki coffee catch-up with Prasun.
The meeting was held at Colombus Coffee in Palmerston North.
Prasun says the meeting was a good opportunity to catch up with franchisees.
“We discussed a number of things including audit reviews, Health and Safety and the importance of building a rapport with franchisees’ clients. Coffee catch-ups will be held once a month,” he says.
Regional managers throughout New Zealand hold regular team meetings. Meetings provide new and existing franchisees with an opportunity to get to know each other better as well as a chance to catch-up with Regional Managers to discuss any issues or concerns franchisees may have.
