CrestClean Waikato/Bay of Plenty Quality Assurance Co-ordinator Jason Cheng audited vehicles as part of the Tauranga team meeting.

CrestClean’s Tauranga fleet of vehicles received a tick of approval.

As part of the Tauranga team meeting, Waikato/Bay of Plenty Quality Assurance Co-ordinator Jason Cheng audited about 40 vehicles.

“The vehicles were presented well. If their vehicles and equipment are not cleaned and maintained there is no way that we can clean our customers’ premises. Vehicle audits are very important.”

Franchisees vehicles are audited regularly to ensure they meet compliance guidelines as part of Crest’s Health, Safety and Environmental Management System. Equipment is also checked to ensure it is clean and stored away nicely. Regular audits help to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.

“I make sure franchisees follow Crest’s Health and Safety policy. Make sure everything is safe and clean and that there is no damage on their vehicles.

Tauranga Regional Manager Jan Lichtwark was happy with the outcome of the vehicle audit.

“It shows that they are taking on board what we are instilling into them,” he says. “It was great to see a fleet of good-looking vehicles. Well presented vehicles reflect positively on the high standards set by CrestClean.”
