Customers always put first
Rakesh and Reshma Shetty always go the extra mile for their customers.
“We do monthly catch-ups with our customers so they know who we are and we always let them know if there are any changes. It’s important to make sure they are always happy,” she says.
The Christchurch South franchisees have been with Crest for two years.
“We started cleaning part-time to see if we liked it and to see if it fitted into our schedule. We knew that the option was there if we wanted it, to extend our franchise, so we did,” she says. “We really enjoyed cleaning and we felt it was the best option for us. It was something that fitted around our main jobs and we could spend time with our family too.”
Rakesh and Reshma have two employees to help them with their workload.
“The business has grown, which is great,” she says. “It works well and we are still really happy with our decision to join Crest two years on.”
Rakesh and Reshma are also in the process of becoming induction trainers.
“We have finished most of our training. It’s good. I like that it is something different,” she says.
Christchurch South Regional Manager Kiri James says Reshma and Rakesh always do a fantastic job.
“They are always prepared to help out if there is anything that needs to be done. They never complain they just do a really great job. I wish I could clone them,” she says.
Kiri says Rakesh and Reshma are also great with their customers.
“They go and check in with them regularly to make sure they are happy and that standards are good,” she says.
