Customers show their appreciation
Christchurch South franchisee Kumaran Nair received a bucket of goodies from one of his customers for his great work.
“It is so nice to be appreciated by our customers,” Kumaran Nair says.
The Christchurch South franchisee, who has been with Crest for the last nine months, was blown away by the gifts he received earlier this year.
“We received a bucket of goodies from one of our customers and a box of chocolates from another one of our grateful customers. It is so nice to be recognised and appreciated. It gives us a boost and it was very nice of our customers to think of us and to show their appreciation,” he says.
Kumaran, his wife Reshmi and son, Kavitesh work together.
“We enjoy working together and we enjoy the flexibility that comes with owning a Crest franchise,” he says. “It means that we can spend time together as a family outside of work. This was a great decision for us.”
Christchurch South Regional Manager Kiri James says Kumaran and his team do a fantastic job.
“All of their customers are really happy with them. I am really enjoying having them as part of the Christchurch South team,” she says.
