A brand new addition to the CrestClean range of gear is already proving to be a big hit with franchisees.

Specially-designed bags for cleaning cloths are being issued to all personnel – and their use is proving to be a game changer.

Franchisees will no longer have to resort to using old plastic bags for carrying their cleaning cloths to customers’ sites.

Instead, the spacious CrestClean bags will do the job with ease, bringing a smart new look and will help make the job a whole lot easier.

Nikki Wallis, Crest’s Marketing and Events Co-ordinator, said the new bags were the result of discussions after one of the regular audits of franchisees’ gear.

“Our Quality Assurance Coordinators noticed that people were taking their cloths onto customers’ sites in Pak’nSave shopping bags or used supermarket plastic bags.

“They felt it didn’t look very professional at all.”

Nikki said an extensive consultation process began, involving franchisees and the Marketing Team, to find the best solution.

“We decided to design a bag so franchisees can carry their cloths onto site. The used cloths can then be put into a separate plastic bag and placed in the new CrestClean bag.”

Each franchisee will be issued with five bags each. They will be distributed to personnel at the Vehicle Audits that will be held throughout the country over the next few months.

If people require additional bags, they will be available to purchase from the Team CrestClean website.

The bags are durable and made of polypropylene. They will become part of the start-up kit for all new franchisees.

Tauranga franchisee Malcolm Brown helped to trial the new bags. He was rapt with the outcome. The first time he used them an eagle-eyed customer spotted something different.

“I always had a green Countdown bag for my cloths. Straight away people noticed and someone said: ‘hey new bags!’.”

Malcolm said a spin off from the new bag was they helped promote his business.

“After work he lays the bags on top of his cleaning gear in the back of his vehicle.

“If someone looks through the window the bags act as free advertising for my business!”
