CrestClean newbies Jande and Eileen Ganas have taken a real shine to their trainer Samy Goundar.

The Filipino couple were put at ease by the experienced induction trainer, who takes new franchisees through the basics of cleaning.

Induction training is an important part of the CrestClean franchisee training process. New franchisees in the Waikato work alongside Samy for three weeks learning effective and efficient cleaning before they begin their formal training through the Master Cleaners Training Institute.

Jande and Aileen can’t say enough about the kindness, patience and dedication shown by Samy. “We owe gratitude to him for sharing his knowledge, expertise and skills.” says Jande.

“He takes his time to teach us the details, how to make the job efficient yet maintain the quality that guarantees satisfaction to our clients. Thank you for guiding us and setting us on a solid ground.”

Samy, who runs a successful CrestClean business, gets a lot of personal satisfaction from passing on his experience. “I get to meet all the new people and it’s good meeting other nationalities,” he says.

It’s great seeing people progress. It feels good when I see them grow their business. I always tell them how I’ve progressed my own business and I think it really gives them a bit of a lift to see how successful you can be with CrestClean.”

Nivitesh Kumar, CrestClean’s Waikato Regional Manager, says he’s lucky to have someone of Samy’s experience on his team.

“He is a great trainer and takes a lot of pride in what he does. The people he trains all turn out to be great cleaners. He is really well organised, has a great style and is excellent at passing on information.”
