Since joining CrestClean, Joby Joseph has grown his business fivefold – but he still finds plenty of time for his young family.

The father of two says running his own company has brought a strong feeling of independence. “I like the flexibility of the hours and I can adjust the timing of when I work to suit the family.”

Joby’s wife Anu, who works fulltime as a cardio respiratory nurse at Dunedin Hospital, says joining CrestClean and the success of her husband’s business has helped them get a foothold on the housing ladder.

“We are so grateful to CrestClean for having had this opportunity, it’s great and we’ve been treated so well.”

CrestClean’s Dunedin Regional Managers, Tony and Nicky Kramers, applauded Joby for his hard work and commitment to his customers.

“Joby is a great asset to our CrestClean team and he’s well respected by the other franchises. Over the past five years Joby has created some great relationships with his customers.

“Tony and I are both excited for Joby and Anu to see what the future will bring them as the past five years have been very successful.”

Joby has his sights set on taking on more customers. “He’s very happy and he’s looking forward to growing his business in the near future,” says Anu.

Earlier this year the couple, who are originally from India, celebrated a personal milestone when they became New Zealand citizens with nearly 70 other people at a ceremony in the Dunedin Centre.
