CrestClean’s Rose Kumar says she just loves keeping everything spick and span at the New Zealand Blood Service’s Hamilton centre.

Rose has been tasked with ensuring all surfaces and ‘touch’ points are constantly sanitised when the donor clinics are taking place.

Jason Cheng, one of CrestClean’s quality assurance co-ordinators, says he’s received nothing but glowing feedback about Rose’s work and the way she approaches the job.

“The staff have said she is doing a fantastic job and they are very happy. Rose is always smiling and cheerful in her work. She is very thorough and extremely detailed in her cleaning.”

Rose says she feels an immense sense of pride ensuring the facility where people come to donate blood is kept clean and hygienic.

“I enjoy working there and the people are really nice. When I am doing the cleaning and sanitising it makes me feel proud that what I am doing is helping to keep people safe.”
