CrestClean franchisees buy dream home after business doubles in size
Five years after starting their CrestClean business, Chetankumar and Rajeshriben Patel have plenty to celebrate.
Having more than doubled the size of their business, the Auckland West franchisees have bought their “dream home” and are enjoying the satisfaction of ‘being their own bosses’.
“We are so happy. We have a much better cashflow coming into the home,” says Rajeshriben.
“Every year our business has grown. We bought our second home last year, a 6-bedroom house in New Lynn. We needed a bigger house with more space, it’s a dream come true.”
The couple previously had a 2-bedroom home, which they shared with their two children and Rajeshriben’s mother.
“There were five of us, but we couldn’t get a bigger home because we didn’t have the income. We thought it was impossible for us, but CrestClean made it possible.”
Chetankumar and Rajeshriben, who were recently presented with a 5-Year Long Service Award, bought a franchise after friends told them about CrestClean.
“I was a housewife before CrestClean, it was only my husband working. CrestClean has been really good for us. We have our own business, we make good money and our customers are good, we really like them,” says Rajeshriben.
“Chetankumar has a day job in a food factory. He’s been doing it for 18 years and the hours are very good… he finishes at 1pm. I do the school pick-up and drop-offs, and in the evenings he helps me with the cleaning work.”
Rajeshriben thanked CrestClean’s Auckland West Regional Master Franchisee, Caro Wedding, for helping them to get their business established.
“My English wasn’t very good, so she helped me with the computer and sending emails. Now I’m more into it, and enjoying it.”
Caro describes Chetankumar and Rajeshriben as “a fabulous couple”.
“Everything they touch is magic. They are a pure delight to work with, with many extremely happy customers, with their quality of work and attention to detail.”
