Taranaki teams unite in success at Regional Team Meeting
Achievements were celebrated and the foundations for future success laid, at CrestClean’s annual Taranaki Regional Team Meeting.
The meeting, held at The Devon Hotel in New Plymouth, was well attended with most of the franchise teams in the region present.
“The turnout was really good, and everyone enjoyed a nice, relaxed atmosphere,” says Regional Master Franchisee Naresh Mani.
The meeting covered various important topics, including the overall growth of CrestClean in the Taranaki region since its inception. Discussions also revolved around health and safety, incident reporting, customer relations, and franchisee expectations.
The efforts and achievements of several franchisees were recognised, with certificates presented by general Manager of Franchise Services Sam Lewis.
Afelee and Makalita Niumea received a 5-Year Long Service Award, while Rohit and Renuka Shalini Singh, Karthik Anand Naidu and Jashma Jaynti Narayan, and Gretna Tauma and Tion Tiaon receive 3-Year Long Service Awards.
John and Jezka Jadulos were presented with a framed certificate for completing their Module 2 Training, and special mention was made of a $90,000 contract they secured earlier in the year.
The formalities were then followed by a buffet lunch, which was enjoyed by all.
“The teams shared ideas amongst each other, and enjoyed catching up with Sam. It was really nice to see all the smiling faces,” says Naresh.
“You could feel the positive vibe in the atmosphere — we have great teams on board who care about other teams and feel pride in their CrestClean businesses.”
