Achievements celebrated at Rotorua and Taupō Regional Team Meeting
Franchisees who have upskilled by completing training with the Master Cleaners Training Institute were recognised and celebrated at CrestClean’s recent Rotorua and Taupō Regional Team Meeting.
Bruce and Bridgett Turner received certificates for becoming Hard Floor Care Specialists, while Sandeep Singh, Siddhesh Dhepe, Losana Tagilala Baleinasuva, Gagandeep Singh Grewal, Brigett Turner and JB Nino Barredo received their L2 Certificates in Commercial Cleaning.
Held at the Novotel Rotorua Lakeside Hotel, the certificates were presented by CrestClean’s Managing Director, Grant McLauchlan, who also gave an informative presentation, sharing company updates and celebrating the company’s ongoing growth and success.
Afterwards, Grant caught up with all the franchisees over lunch, together with Regional Master Franchisees Mark and Sonia Fredrick.
“The venue was very accessible, the lunch was outstanding, and the event was enjoyed by everyone,” says Mark.
“The Regional Team Meeting is an opportunity to get together and listen to Grant present a snapshot of how the company is performing, current market forces we’re all dealing with and more importantly what CrestClean is providing by way of support and leadership.
“We had a good turnout and, as usual, Grant delivered a great presentation which was full of information for the new and existing teams on just how thorough and focussed CrestClean is on our franchisees and our customers.”
