CrestClean’s training program fuels franchisee success
CrestClean is proud to have an extensive training programme, which it delivers through the Master Cleaners Training Institute (MCTI).
Each year it hosts more than 200 training events throughout New Zealand, for its franchisees and their employees.
Before stepping onto a customer site, all new franchisees must first complete three weeks’ Induction Training with a registered trainer.
Then, within their first three months they hone their skills with Module 1 Training, followed by Module 2 Training after 4-6 months, including a practical one-on-one assessment.
An Annual Skills Refresher course is also hosted in each region, and a 24-Monthly Health and Safety Induction, to ensure skills and knowledge are kept up to date.
For those franchisees wanting to acquire specialists skills, there is the option to complete Healthcare Cleaning, Hard Floor Care, Carpet Care, Pure Water Window Cleaning and Property Care training.
Some of our latest graduates, from the Auckland East and Auckland South regions, to complete their Module 1 Training are: Sanket Kumar, Sofia Solanki, Ilaisaane Eniketi Fakaola Tohi, Fauzana Wahida Begum Ali, Gagandeep Singh, Satpal Singh, Cesar Ebidag Amlog and Chona Balido Amlog.
