Honouring excellence and long service at Christchurch Regional Team Meeting
Long service, exceptional customer care and excellence were all celebrated at CrestClean’s Christchurch Regional Team Meeting.
Held at the Hornby Club, Christchurch, it was attended by more than 80 franchisees who enjoyed catching up and celebrating each other’s successes.
Notable awards were Christchurch South Franchise of the Year, which went to Navdeep Singh and Navjot Kaur, while Christchurch North Most Improved Franchise was awarded to Grace Choi.
A 5-Year Long Service Award was presented Jin He, while Dhaval and Kaminiben Chaudhari, Emilyn and Euberto Sayson, Navpreet Singh Mehrok and Satnam Singh all received 3-Year Long Service Awards.
Joanne Luna, Alma Dayag, Tekanana O’Connor and Janeth Padilla, who recently completed their Commercial Cleaning Level 2 training, were also presented with certificates.
And Certificates of Excellence were awarded to Nalin Dissanayake, Nadeesha Kalansooriya, Alma Dayag and Joanne Luna, for providing exceptional service to their customer Forté Health.
During the meeting, CrestClean’s General Manager of Franchise Services Sam Lewis and Managing Director Grant McLauchlan, gave informative presentations about company updates, after which everyone enjoyed a buffet meal.
Christchurch South Regional Master Franchisee Gina Holland says, “I loved seeing all our fantastic franchisees interacting and making new connections. It was the perfect opportunity to strengthen those bonds, as the support within our network of teams is what makes CrestClean awesome!”
