CrestClean welcomes new CEO of Forté Health and strengthens long-term partnership

CrestClean Managing Director Grant McLauchlan meets new CEO of Forté Health Michael Woodhouse.

During a recent visit to Christchurch, CrestClean Managing Director, Grant McLauchlan, had the opportunity to connect with one of our longstanding customers, Forté Health. This visit was particularly significant as it marked our first meeting with Michael Woodhouse, who was appointed CEO earlier this year.

“It was great to be back at Forté Health and to meet with Michael Woodhouse, the new CEO,” says Grant.

“While I have known Michael for many years in his capacity as a Government Minister, it was great to connect with him again as a customer and to hear that Forté Health are very happy with the service CrestClean has provided over the last six years.”

Forté Health entrusts CrestClean with the critical task of cleaning high-risk areas such as operating theatres, wards, and office spaces. There are four CrestClean franchise teams dedicated to Forté Health, working day and night to ensure the hospital remains spotless and safe for patients and staff.

CrestClean’s General Manager of Training, Liezl Foxcroft, creates training programmes for franchise teams working in healthcare settings. The programmes equip CrestClean franchisees with the specialised skills needed to excel in these environments.

“CrestClean’s training in Infection Prevention and Control ensures that patients, staff and visitors to the site are assured of the highest standard of cleaning which assists in reducing the risk of healthcare acquired infections,” says Liezl.

During the visit, Grant had the pleasure of presenting Michael with a CrestClean healthcare information pack.

“Forté Health is a valued long-standing customer of CrestClean. We have worked together to develop systems and processes that deliver the quality and assurance that Forté Health needs to operate their fantastic health facility,” says Grant.

We look forward to supporting Forté Health in ensuring their patients and staff continue to enjoy a safe and hygienic environment.
