CrestClean’s future is in good hands with two-year-old Krisha Rao

Two-year-old Krisha Rao puts on her dad’s CrestClean uniform as he heads off to work.

Two-year-old Krisha Rao is ready to follow in her dad’s footsteps, eagerly putting on an oversized CrestClean uniform every day as Kritesh gets ready for work.

“As soon as I wear the uniform, she wants to go to work with me, so I need to tell her that she’s too small for that,” laughs Kritesh.

Kritesh and his wife, Sangeeta, bought a CrestClean franchise just over one year ago, and their hard work has paid off in more ways than one. The couple have tripled their turnover and found a work-life balance they never thought possible.

Previously, long commutes to work as a car technician left Kritesh with little time for his family.

“I couldn’t give time to my family as I was leaving at 6:30am and coming home at 7pm. By the time I came home, my daughter was sleeping,” he says.

Kritesh says owning his own business allows him more flexibility and precious moments with Krisha.

“I now have plenty of time to spend with my daughter.”

As a hard-working and customer-oriented business owner, Kritesh thrives on building relationships with his customer base, which includes a mix of schools and offices.

“I enjoy talking to my customers and making them happy,” he says. “They’re all very friendly.”

With his newfound success, Kritesh is setting ambitious goals, aiming to purchase a home for his family within the next three years.

Krisha, his biggest cheerleader, is right behind him every step of the way!
