Central Otago celebrates growth and franchisee excellence at Regional Team Meeting
CrestClean franchise owners in Central Otago recently gathered at the annual Regional Team Meeting for a day of recognition and celebration. The event kicked off with a warm welcome from Regional Master Franchisee, Danny Mastroianni, followed by a presentation from Managing Director, Grant McLauchlan.
“This has been the biggest event we’ve had and shows the growth of the region. Most importantly, we had a great mix of experienced teams along with new teams. Both had a lot of energy and passion,” says Danny.
The meeting also marked ten years of CrestClean in Queenstown Lakes. Grant, Danny and the region’s franchise owners celebrated with cake and cupcakes in CrestClean colours.
The meeting highlighted the achievements of individual franchise owners, awarding certificates to those who had completed the Certificate of Commercial Cleaning Level 2.
Danny and Grant also recognised franchise owners celebrating Long Service milestones with CrestClean. Joe and Emily Bermejo received the “Rookie Franchise of the Year” award, while James and Patricia Sukhwant were awarded the “Best Franchise of the Year”.
Franchisees enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch before joining Danny for a one-on-one meeting.
The Regional Team Meeting showcased CrestClean’s significant growth in the Central Otago region. The increased attendance required two conference rooms, compared to just one in previous years.
Danny says he was happy to see franchise owners come together to share experiences and acknowledge each other’s achievements.
“I am so proud of the excellent team we have formed and the growth and development of many of franchisees. We have a lot of exciting things coming up in the most beautiful region of the country.”
