CrestClean and Alsco – a winning partnership for seamless cleaning solutions

Hawke’s Bay Regional Master Franchisee Tim O’Leary presents Alsco Client Manager Lyn Larking with thank-you gift.

CrestClean and Alsco have been working together since 2016 in a successful partnership that ultimately benefits their customers.

Alsco has locations throughout New Zealand and around the world, providing a wide range of essential supplies, including uniforms, consumables, floor mats, linens, hygiene products, and even first-aid equipment to various industries.

The strong connection between CrestClean and Alsco is particularly evident in the relationship between CrestClean’s Hawke’s Bay Master Franchisee, Tim O’Leary, and the Alsco team in Napier. Alsco Client Manager, Lyn Larking, describes Tim as a friendly and positive presence who frequently visits the Alsco depot.

“Tim just pops in, he’s very welcome. He always comes in a good mood. He’s always very happy,” says Lyn.

“He’s a real go-getter and he gets stuff done. That’s what we like.”

Alsco’s role extends beyond just supplying products. They also support CrestClean franchise owners in delivering excellent service. New franchise owners receive a start-up kit from Alsco, containing quality cleaning tools like mops and buckets.

With CrestClean’s long-standing reputation in the cleaning industry, Lyn and the Napier Alsco team are happy to recommend CrestClean to customers looking for a quality cleaner.

“If they haven’t yet looked into a cleaner, we suggest CrestClean and let Tim know that we’ve made that recommendation so he can follow up,” says Lyn.

“Customers only have to deal with CrestClean, not CrestClean and Alsco,” says Lyn.

“Their cleaner will order consumables for the customer, making it less of a hassle for them.”

Recently, Tim has presented Lyn and colleague, Paul Prentice, with restaurant vouchers to thank them for the great relationship.

“The relationship between CrestClean and Alsco is a strong partnership,” says Tim.

“I really appreciate the work we do together, and I like to offer a small token of my appreciation.”

Lyn considers CrestClean to be an extension of Alsco’s services. With CrestClean on side, Lyn says Alsco can widen the scope of what they offer to their customers.

“It feels like CrestClean is another string to our bow,” she says.
