CrestClean franchise teams connect and collaborate at Taranaki Regional Team Meeting
There was a fantastic turnout at the Taranaki Regional Team Meeting. Held at the Devon Hotel in New Plymouth, franchise teams from all over the region came together to enjoy a friendly team atmosphere.
Managing Director, Grant McLauchlan, delivered an informative presentation to introduce the ‘CrestClean Standard’. This programme ensures a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism across all franchise teams and reinforces CrestClean’s commitment to excellence.
Grant and General Manager of Franchise Services, Sam Lewis, facilitated discussions and encouraged participation from franchise owners, making the meeting a positive experience for all.
Regional Master Franchisee, Naresh Mani, was happy to see so many franchise teams interacting and contributing to discussions.
“Everyone enjoyed this meeting. Grant and Sam were great with the team,” he says.
After the presentation, franchise owners shared a delicious buffet lunch, providing an opportunity for teams to connect over a meal.
The meeting also provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate Long Service Awards and training achievements. Harjinder Chauhan and Babisha Chamakkalayil Sabu received their Module Two certificates, while Dic Lumanglas and Flora Rodulfo-Gaunt received their Module Two and MCTI Floorcare certificates.
Vrinda Nautiyal and Sandeep Sharma received their seven-year Long Service Award.
“Vrinda and Sandeep have completed an impressive seven years. Their loyalty and expertise have been invaluable,” says Naresh.
Taraneti and Uetire Boueka received their three-year Long Service Award.
“Tara and Uetire continue to contribute significantly. We wish them continued success in their CrestClean journey,” says Naresh.
