CrestClean’s Liezl Foxcroft to share expertise at ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo
We’re pleased to announce that CrestClean General Manager of Training, Liezl Foxcroft, has been invited to speak at Sydney’s ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo in September. The ISSA Expo is the largest industry event in Oceania, attracting over 2,000 professionals in the cleaning and facility solutions industry.
The Expo brings together industry professionals for two days of education, networking, and product demonstrations, covering a wide range of topics, from commercial cleaning and hygiene to sustainable practices and emerging technologies.
Liezl’s involvement is a testament to her expertise in the field. She’s thrilled to be speaking on the topic of Staff Empowerment.
“It’s very exciting,” says Liezl.
“The topic is close to my heart. I’ve been lucky to be empowered by really great leaders in my career and empowering other people is something I’m really passionate about.”
Liezl’s presentation will explore how empowering staff can be a powerful strategy for addressing the cleaning industry’s most pressing challenges. Through real-world examples, she will demonstrate how employee empowerment can drive positive outcomes for businesses.
With her deep understanding of training and development, Liezl is expected to attract a large audience keen to learn from her experiences.
Liezl says the opportunity to speak at the ISSA Expo will be a highlight of her career.
“It’s like the pinnacle of my career. This is the moment I’ve been working towards, to be recognised in my field,” says Liezl.
Speaking on day one, Liezl is working hard to prepare herself for the large audience. While she’s done plenty of public speaking in the past, she’s preparing to deliver her best at the Expo.
“Practice, practice, practice,” she says.
“I’ll also have to take it as it comes on the day, but people are all there with the same mindset which will make it a lot easier.”
Liezl’s insights are sure to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the cleaning industry. All the best, Liezl!
