Pharmapac praises Nilesh Sharma’s stellar service on his 10-year anniversary with CrestClean
On his ten-year anniversary as a CrestClean franchise owner, Nilesh Sharma has been praised by his customers at Pharmapac for the great work he does in keeping the premises clean. The Auckland West franchisee manages the day cleaning at Pharmpac’s extensive facility that designs, manufactures and produces premium plastic packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical, medical, nutritional, food and personal care industries around the world.
Before CrestClean, Nilesh Sharma worked in Waste Management and contracted for Courier Post. He became interested in owning a franchise through seeing the success CrestClean brought to a family member. Over the last ten years, Nilesh has enjoyed his independence as business owner while valuing the support provided by CrestClean.
“You just do your job properly and there’ll be nothing to worry about,” he says.
Pharmapac Operations Manager, Nick Tienstra, says Nilesh’s extremely high standards are recognised by all at Pharmapac and he appreciates Nilesh’s willingness to help out when the unexpected happens.
“There have been a couple of water and oil leaks caused by machine breakdowns. Nilesh gets straight into helping clean these up before the mess spreads,” says Nick.
“No matter what I throw at Nilesh he is always happy to give it a go.”
Nick highlights Nilesh’s recent contribution to Pharmapac’s environmental efforts by taking on the role of compacting scrap material. Nilesh has significantly improved the efficiency and cleanliness of this process.
“The compacting of scrap material has never been done as smoothly and neatly,” says Nick.
As Operations Manager, Nick spends a lot of time on the factory floor and sees firsthand the positive impact that Nilesh’s work has on overall factory operations.
“Nilesh has a good manner with all of our guys on the factory floor and raised a number of great suggestions around safety and cleaning,” he says.
The Pharmapac factory is filled with manufacturing equipment essential for maintaining consistent output. Nick says Nilesh respects the space, carefully working around moulding machines and production lines during his cleans.
“The cleanliness of the factory including the floor, machines and clutter has never been to such a high standard.”
Nilesh is well-respected by the wider Pharmpac team. Nick hopes Nilesh will be with them for many years to come.
“Nilesh is the best CrestClean cleaner I have dealt with. He certainly makes my job easier!”
