Introducing Peter Radley, CrestClean’s new Manawatū-Whanganui Regional Manager

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Radley as our new Regional Manager for the Manawatū-Whanganui region.

Originally from Palmerston North, Peter has an extensive background in the healthcare industry. His career in healthcare spans over 40 years in nursing and nine years as a paramedic for Wellington Free Ambulance and the Queensland Ambulance Service.

Peter’s most recent role was in hospital management as the second in charge Perioperative Services Manager at Crest Hospital. Here, he oversaw more than 130 staff, including anaesthetists, doctors and nurses. He also managed the Central Sterilising Unit, ensuring meticulous hospital cleaning procedures.

He says coming from Crest Hospital to CrestClean seems like a fitting coincidence.

Peter also spent time in sales, working for Kimberly-Clark and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.

When he’s not working, Peter is an avid cyclist and enjoys spending time with his family. He has three children – Amy, Sam, and Benjamin – and he’s also a grandfather to Madison.

With a lengthy career in complex roles, Peter is sure to bring a unique perspective to CrestClean. His track record for excellence will be invaluable in driving growth and success in the Manawatū-Whanganui region.

In his first few weeks as Regional Manager, Peter will focus on building relationships with the region’s customers and franchisees. He’s eager to meet with franchisees individually to show his support and begin building relationships.

“I’m looking forward to sitting down with franchisees to get to know them and find out where they want to take their business,” he says.
Peter is pleased to have the opportunity to make positive developments in the Manawatū-Whanganui region.

“It will be a good change to have a fresh set of eyes in the area. A fresh set of eyes always brings new ideas,” he says.

As we welcome Peter, we’d like to take the opportunity to thank Shareen Raj who is stepping down from her role as Regional Master Franchisee. Since joining CrestClean in 2018, Shareen has been integral to CrestClean’s growth in the Manawatū-Whanganui region. We wish her all the best.
