North Harbour franchise owners reap the rewards of exceeding expectations

For Ravinesh and Kanchal Prasad, the key to business success relies on one simple thing: always exceed your customers’ expectations.

The couple have been going the extra mile as a CrestClean franchise owners since 2018. Since then, they’ve established a reputation as a hard-working and dedicated pair. In their first four years, they had doubled the size of their business, and they’ve continued to steadily grow it ever since.

Although it’s just the two of them, they currently manage the cleaning for customers from a range of sectors, including healthcare facilities and schools.  

This year, their efforts were celebrated when North Harbour Regional Master Franchisees Neil and Rachel Kumar named Ravinesh and Kanchal Franchisees of the Year for the region. Rachel praises the cleaning team’s commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

“This team does exceptional work, and they make sure they exceed their customer expectations,” says Rachel.

“They have a great work ethic.”

From the beginning, Ravinesh and Kanchal embraced the philosophy of consistently going above and beyond, which has led them to achieve success they once only dreamed of.

“I go beyond expectations. If there’s something I don’t have to do, I still do it,” says Ravinesh.

Owning a CrestClean franchise has been a rewarding journey for the couple. Three years ago, they achieved their dream of homeownership, purchasing their first home in West Auckland. Ravinesh says this was one of the proudest moments for him and his family.

Understanding the challenges of starting a business, Ravinesh encourages new franchisees to stay the course. His positive approach to running a business proves that simple ideas can often lead to great success.
