Jeewan Kumar and Indica Karaitiana have received an influx of five-star reviews from their happy customers.

When it comes to delivering exceptional cleaning services, Hawke’s Bay franchise owners Indica and Jeewan have set a gold standard. “If other cleaners have disappointed them in the past, they may have their guard up. We make sure they know that we’ll do our utmost to make their life easier and keep our standards high,” says Indica.

“Communicating face to face helps a lot because sometimes there are things they can’t address in the communication book or by email,” adds Jeewan.

“Everyone’s replaceable and that’s the approach we have to our cleaning. There’s so much competition out there, so we must do our best to keep all of our customers happy,” says Indica.

Having had their baby girl, Inaiah, five months ago, Jeewan and Indica were surprised by the outpouring of support from their customers. From hand-knitted items to chocolates and flowers, the thoughtful gifts flowed in. At Christmas, their customers went out of their way to show appreciation for the team. One standout gesture came from Te Mata Peak Practice, who gave their children a personalised gift of bowling vouchers and sweet treats.

“Our customers know about us and our family,” says Indica.

“Getting gifts is always lovely, but for them to do this for our kids was just amazing.”
