Welcome Kylie Cashmore, Wellington’s new Regional Master Franchisee
Kylie Cashmore has joined her husband, Adrian, as Regional Master Franchisee for CrestClean Wellington. With Adrian leading the business for nearly a year, Kylie brings fresh energy and ideas to the role.
Although Adrian moved from Dunedin to Wellington in April 2024, Kylie stayed behind to allow their children to finish the school year. Now reunited in the capital, the Cashmores are settling in, and Wellington’s turning on the sunny weather to give Kylie a warm welcome. Together, Kylie and Adrian will focus on supporting franchisees and fostering business growth. Kylie’s first step is to meet with franchisees and discuss their business strategies for 2025.
“I’ll be heavily involved with our franchisees. We’ll be meeting with them to discuss their business plans, which is fantastic,” she says
Throughout Adrian’s year establishing the business, Kylie was able to learn a few things before arriving in the city. And with the guidance of close friends and Dunedin Regional Master Franchisees Tony and Nicky Kramers, she has a solid foundation to hit the ground running.
Looking ahead, Adrian and Kylie plan to play to their individual strengths while ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the business.
“When you’re a small business it’s important to have an understanding across the board so if someone’s away others can pick up that part of the role,” she says.
In her previous role with Bayleys Real Estate, Kylie witnessed the enthusiasm of CrestClean franchise owners, often seeing happy cleaning teams who were clearly passionate about their work. Impressed by CrestClean’s strong reputation, the couple felt drawn to become part of it and they’re thrilled to have listened to their intuition.
Kylie has already had the chance to connect with several franchise teams at the Wellington Christmas party, where she learned more about the paths they’ve taken to success.
“They’re such a great group of people with lots of positive things to say about the company,” she says.
“They shared stories about how life changing their business has been for them, so to be part of that is really exciting for us.”
