Auckland East franchise owners clean their way to the top
Fifteen years ago, Anmol Prasad and Vikashni Devi started their CrestClean franchise in Auckland East, seeing it as a great way to earn some extra income. Since then, they’ve built a thriving business that has enabled them to achieve dreams they once thought were out of reach.
Their journey with CrestClean has been one of growth, both personally and professionally.
“Celebrating 15 years with CrestClean has been a remarkable journey for us,” says Anmol.
“Over time, we’ve not only secured our dream home and investment property but have also had the opportunity to travel parts of the world, creating unforgettable memories.”
Over the years, they’re exceptional service has helped them maintain long-lasting connections with many customers. One particularly special customer, Howick Primary School, has been with them from the very beginning.
“We are very grateful to have this business,” says Anmol.
Always looking to grow their skill set, the couple upskilled to offer carpet cleaning, adding even more value to their business. Anmol also spent eight years as a trainer, delivering courses on behalf of the Master Cleaners Training Institute (MCTI). Helping new CrestClean franchisees develop their skills was a rewarding experience, and he’s proud to have played a role in their success.
His biggest piece of advice? “Have patience and success will follow.”
As they reflect on the past 15 years, Anmol and Vikashni are incredibly grateful for the support they’ve received from CrestClean. From health and safety guidance to training, the company’s systems have allowed them to run their business efficiently.
Looking ahead, the couple has even more goals to achieve, especially when it comes to seeing more of the world.
“As we continue to plan and secure our future, we’re excited for what lies ahead,” says Anmol.
“We are confident that the business is going to help us with more achievements and look forward to many more milestones in the future.”
