Roshni and Rajesh celebrate ten years of financial freedom
For the past 10 years, Roshni and Rajesh Prakash have been an integral part of CrestClean Rotorua. They’ve built a thriving business as a franchise team and achieved incredible milestones along the way.
Like most business owners, Roshni and Rajesh have faced a few challenges here and there, but their determination has ultimately driven them to success.
With a naturally positive outlook, Roshni looks back on her journey with a sense accomplishment. Before joining CrestClean, she worked in housekeeping management at a motel, where she honed her skills in cleaning efficiency. She initially planned to run her CrestClean business part-time, but as her business grew, she decided to dedicate her time fully to her franchise.
“I really enjoy what I’m doing, and my customers are happy too,” she says.
Purchasing a franchise was an easy decision for Roshni and Rajesh, as many of their family members were already successful CrestClean franchisees who could vouch for the company. It wasn’t long before the couple were experiencing the same success, achieving financial goals and celebrating milestones. One of their proudest accomplishments was securing the cleaning contract at Westbrook School, which they successfully landed on their own.
With grandchildren attending the school, Roshni was already a familiar face, often seen dropping them off and picking them up in her CrestClean vehicle. This visibility caught the attention of the school principal, who approached her about providing cleaning services. Gaining this contract was a huge turning point in their business.
“It’s a big contract and it’s made a big difference,” says Roshni.
The extra income from their franchise has also allowed Roshni and Rajesh to make savvy investment decisions. Since joining CrestClean, they have purchased two rental properties.
Today, with contracts at two schools, Roshni and Rajesh stay exceptionally busy. But the financial stability and opportunities that come with owning their own business make it all worthwhile, and the couple wouldn’t have it any other way.
From part-time franchisees to full-fledged business owners and property investors, Roshni and Rajesh’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.
