A wet and windy welcome kicks off the Wellington Regional Team Meeting

Wellington franchise owners gather for the annual Wellington Regional Team Meeting.

The recent Wellington Regional Meeting was a fantastic day for all involved. Held at the iconic Cake Tin (Sky Stadium), the event was well attended by franchisees from across the region, all eager to reconnect and hear the latest updates from CrestClean.

Wellington lived up to its reputation by turning on some classic wild weather to welcome Managing Director Grant McLauchlan and General Manager of Franchise Services Sam Lewis. The pair were greeted with strong winds and a couple of torrential downpours upon arrival. They took it in their stride – even if it meant a quick dash to the bathroom to dry off before the meeting began. It sparked some light-hearted discussion about adding CrestClean-branded raincoats to the official uniform.

Grant gave an informative and thoughtful presentation, which everyone appreciated. He spoke about the challenges of the past year, acknowledged the hard work of our teams, and reinforced how important it is to uphold the CrestClean Standard and keep our promise to our customers.

Wellington Regional Managers Adrian and Kylie Cashmore took a moment to recognise franchisees who have recently reached Long Service milestones. The meeting also gave franchisees the opportunity to relax and enjoy some good food and conversation together.

With everyone aligned and energised, the Wellington team are feeling optimistic about the year ahead they’re ready to keep raising the bar.
