Introducing Andrew Ward, CrestClean’s new Regional Manager for Manawatū-Whanganui

Andrew Ward is CrestClean’s new Regional Manager for Manawatū-Whanganui.

We’re pleased to welcome Andrew Ward as CrestClean’s new Regional Manager for Manawatū-Whanganui.

Andrew brings a strong background in leadership, including rural sales management for a large veterinary business in the Manawatū that cared for companion animals, and as Business Manager for AssureQuality, where he oversaw New Zealand’s seed certification unit. These roles gave him valuable insight into site management and the importance of maintaining clean, well-managed workplaces, particularly in laboratory and clinical environments.

With a passion for helping others succeed, Andrew is well-suited to his new role as Regional Manager.

“I really enjoy working with people. It’s the most rewarding thing to see team members grow and develop,” he says.

After many years in travel-heavy positions, Andrew is ready to focus on the Manawatū region, where his two boys, aged 9 and 11, can settle into school and enjoy life in Palmerston North. He is also proudly supporting his wife Brydie as she completes her paramedic degree. Andrew says his greatest motivation is doing the best he can for his family.

With a strong local network and a personable approach, Andrew is well-positioned to connect with franchisees.

“I’m looking forward to supporting franchisees so they can be successful in their business,” he says.

The next few weeks will see Andrew travelling throughout the region to meet franchisees one-on-one. He says building strong relationships and ensuring franchisees know he is here to support them is the key to working together successfully.

Outside of work, Andrew is a New Zealand age-group triathlete and will head to Wollongong in October to compete in the World Triathlon Championship.

We’re confident Andrew will be a fantastic asset to our team. As we welcome him to his new role, we would also like to thank Stuart White for his excellent work as Acting Regional Manager.
