We had an outstanding weekend at the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards, taking home three major awards!

Franchisee of the Year – Business to Business
Navjot Kaur – Christchurch & South Canterbury

CrestClean Christchurch and South Canterbury franchisee Navjot Kaur and her husband Navdeep Singh have grown their business into one of the largest CrestClean franchises in the country.
“We’re proud of our success – which has come from setting clear goals, planning strategically, taking consistent action, and regularly reviewing our progress,” says Navjot.
With a team of 11 skilled employees trained through the Master Cleaners Training Institute, and a focus on building strong, lasting customer relationships, Navjot continues to deliver outstanding service across every site. Her deep understanding of her community allows her to provide a personal touch and ensure consistently high-quality outcomes for every customer.

Tim O’Leary – Hawke’s Bay

Hawke’s Bay Regional Master Franchisee Tim O’Leary has grown a thriving business built on what the judges described as “strong leadership, smart growth, and a Regional Manager who demonstrates genuine care for his team.”
When Tim joined CrestClean in 2020, it marked a major career shift – one that quickly proved to be the right move. He says the most rewarding part of his role is empowering others to reach their potential.
“Not only from a professional point of view but from a personal point of view as well. I enjoy seeing people succeed – that’s what really spins my wheels,” he says.

As part of the 30th anniversary celebrations, the Franchise Association of New Zealand also recognised franchisees who have shown exceptional commitment and longevity within their franchise systems.
