Term one Cleanest Classroom winners shine across Mid and South Canterbury

Mid Canterbury franchise owner Joy Pombo chooses Room Mahi Toa as the term one winners at Ashburton Intermediate.

Students across Mid and South Canterbury have kicked off the year on a high note, with classrooms going the extra mile to keep their learning spaces clean and tidy. As part of CrestClean’s popular Cleanest Classroom programme, schools throughout the region took part in a friendly competition during Term One, encouraging students to take responsibility for their classrooms.

At the end of the term, the effort paid off. Term One winners included Longbeach School – Room Ashton, St Joseph’s School Ashburton – Room Tui Tahi, and Ashburton Intermediate School – Room Mahi Toa.

Any school cleaned by CrestClean can participate in the programme. At the end of each term, franchisees surprise the tidiest classrooms with a certificate and prize, celebrating students’ efforts.
