Waitemata Endoscopy West Administration Co-ordinator, Seema Kondal, says having a high standard of cleanliness plays an important role of enhancing the overall quality of patient experience of care.

Seema says Arun and Divya really understand the importance of the work they do, and it shows in the care they take every day. Cleaning in a healthcare environment requires extra care and attention to detail, and both Arun and Divya have completed CrestClean’s healthcare cleaning training to help them maintain those high standards.
“It is essential for Arun and Divya to undertake specialist healthcare cleaning training, to uphold a continued focus on quality and commitment to cleanliness” says Seema.
Although Arun and Divya usually work alongside a smaller group of nursing staff on late shifts, they’ve built strong relationships with the wider Waitematā Endoscopy West team. They recently brought in a cake to celebrate five years as franchisees alongside their valued customers.

“They consistently arrive at their scheduled time, acknowledge staff when present, carry out their duties efficiently, and leave the premises without disruption.”
Communication between the site and the CrestClean team works seamlessly thanks to a shared communication log at reception. Any queries, updates, or maintenance issues are written down and followed up quickly.

Seema says Arun and Divya’s positive attitude and willingness to help make him a pleasure to work with. They also help keep things running smoothly by proactively reminding Seema when annual services like hard floor care are due and he’s happy to pitch in with jobs outside his schedule of duties.
