Pinak’s CrestClean journey comes full circle as he helps others succeed

Pinakbhai ‘Pinak’ Jasoliya has taken on a new role as trainer for North Shore, helping new franchise owners develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality cleaning in schools and early childhood centres.
Auckland West Regional Manager Caro Wedding says Pinak is a standout franchisee and the perfect fit for the role.
“With a large customer base in Education – Schools and Early Childhood Centres and growth in this sector in 2025/2026, Auckland West needs a further training resource for the NorthShore,” says Caro.
“Pinak is an obvious choice. He is full time in the CrestClean business and has a very successful portfolio of schools and Early Childhood customers.”
For Pinak, taking on the additional responsibility is a fantastic opportunity for personal growth. He is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and helping new franchise owners understand the importance of maintaining high cleaning standards in education environments.
“It’s important to show them how we do our cleaning in the education sector and what precautions we need to follow,” he says.
Training new franchise owners requires a strong understanding of the high standards required when working in schools and early childhood centres. Pinak’s own experience in the sector gives him valuable insight into what it takes to succeed.
He says he appreciates the trust Caro has placed in him and the support she has provided throughout his CrestClean journey.
“It’s good to know Caro can trust and rely on me,” he says. “She’s a great mentor.”
Pinak recently celebrated his three-year long service award, but he sees this as just the beginning of a much longer journey with CrestClean. Before becoming a franchise owner, he spent 10 years as an Operations Manager at a Mobil site. After years of putting his skills and energy into someone else’s business, Pinak decided it was time to invest that same effort into his own future.
“At the time I thought, I’m putting all of my skills and time into someone else’s company – why not do that for my own company?” he says.
Since becoming a franchise owner, Pinak has continued to upskill and expand the services he can offer customers, becoming a specialist in hard floor care and Pure Water Window Cleaning. He also supports customers with one-off entry and exit cleans, including interior and exterior window cleaning and deep cleans.
“Whatever anyone needs, I can do it,” he says.
Now focused on his business full-time, Pinak enjoys working Monday to Friday and spending weekends with his wife and two-year-old son. He says becoming a CrestClean franchise owner has helped him achieve goals he once only dreamed of, including purchasing a large investment property in India and a family home in West Auckland.
“CrestClean has given me wings to fly on my own and achieve my dreams.”
With his new training role, Pinak is now helping others begin their own CrestClean journeys and achieve their dreams too.
