CrestClean named finalist in three categories at 2026 New Zealand Franchise Awards
CrestClean is proud to once again be named a finalist in three categories at the 2026 New Zealand Franchise Awards. The annual awards recognise the people making a difference across the New Zealand franchising sector.
This year, CrestClean is in the running for Marketing Campaign of the Year for CrestClean Healthcare and Excellence in Community Contribution for RecycleKiwi®. CrestClean General Manager Sam Lewis is also a finalist for Franchise Support Manager of the Year.
Franchise Support Manager of the Year
This award recognises a person in the Franchise System who demonstrates excellence in supporting franchisees, managing franchisee relationships, and contributes clear value to both franchisor and franchisee.
Sam Lewis was surprised and humbled to learn he was a finalist for Franchise Support Manager of the Year, but it’s a well-deserved recognition of the support he provides to franchisees around the country. Helping franchisees succeed and supporting the wider network are all in a day’s work for Sam!
Marketing Campaign of the Year – CrestClean Healthcare
This award recognises a franchisor who can demonstrate it has applied robust marketing practices in a campaign promoting their business, product or service; and where the campaign has successfully engaged its market and delivered outstanding results.
The CrestClean Healthcare campaign has brought our specialist healthcare cleaning expertise to the forefront, showing how our teams put robust systems, processes and training into practice across healthcare environments. For healthcare organisations, cleaning is vital to maintaining safe, hygienic environments and meeting sector standards. That’s why we created CrestClean Healthcare – a specialised division with tailored systems designed around the needs of each healthcare facility.
Rather than simply telling customers what we can do, the campaign has focused on demonstrating the experience, knowledge and standards our teams bring to every healthcare site we clean.
Excellence in Community Contribution – RecycleKiwi
This award recognises a franchise system whose business makes a demonstrable positive impact through its contribution to the community.
CrestClean’s RecycleKiwi programme has been recognised for the positive difference it continues to make in schools and businesses across New Zealand. More than 9,000 free resource packs have been distributed nationwide, containing over 230,000 waste separation stickers.
The educational resources and videos have reached thousands of students, helping young Kiwis build better recycling habits.
To have three finalists across three different categories is a great result for CrestClean and a reflection of the work happening right across our network.
The winners will be announced at the 2026 New Zealand Franchise Awards gala dinner on Saturday 14 November at the Grand Millennium Hotel in Auckland.
