Kumaran’s delight at Regional Trainer role

Kumaran Nair says he’s proud to have been awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the Master Cleaners Training Institute.

Kumaran Nair says he’s proud to have been awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the Master Cleaners Training Institute.

Congratulations to Kumaran Nair who has been appointed as a Regional Trainer for the Master Cleaners Training Institute.

Gina Holland, CrestClean’s Christchurch South Regional Manager, says Kumaran has worked hard and is a great asset to her team.

“He is fully committed and he’s always getting great feedback,” she added.

The Certificate of Achievement follows Kumaran’s success in being appointed as a CrestClean Regional Induction Trainer in 2017.

Adam Hodge, CEO of the Master Cleaners Training Institute, praised Kumaran for his dedication and commitment.

“He came highly recommended by his Regional Manager because of his great work.”

Having a sharp eye for detail was an asset, says Adam. “It’s the little things that make CrestClean better than anyone else.”

Kumaran’s experience means he can easily relate to newcomers to the cleaning industry. “He understands the franchisees because he’s been there himself and can empathise with them,” says Adam.

The latest award has brought a real sense of personal satisfaction for Kumaran. “I feel pride in myself. I’ve done a good job and have achieved this certificate,” he says.

He says he enjoys passing on his knowledge to others. He plans to display the certificate on the lounge wall at home. “My wife was smiling and said well done. I’m very happy,” he added.
