Morning tea a treat to thank CrestClean business owners
It was a time for celebration when CrestClean’s Auckland West Regional Manager Caroline Wedding put on a morning tea for business owners and their families.
It was congratulations all round when CrestClean personnel met at their regional manager’s home for a celebration morning tea.
Caroline Wedding wanted to say a personal ‘thank you’ to her hardworking teams who’ve reached a personal milestone.
The successful business owners received their certificates of long service over a cuppa and some yummy treats. Caroline decided to make the occasion memorable by putting on the morning tea at her home.
Awards went to: Weiman Yan and Zak Cheng, (seven years); Atish Lal (seven years); Reshmi Prakash (three years); Ashwin and Rownel Chandra, (three years).
“I had quite a few teams who had completed three years and seven years as business owners,” says Caroline.
“I thought ‘let’s get everyone together as we are not just celebrating business successes, we’re celebrating family’.
“Being part of CrestClean is really like an extended family and it’s so special to take the time to celebrate together.
“Everyone had a good time, including the children who were running around, it was just lovely,” says Caroline.
