Auckland West franchisees celebrate over a cuppa
It’s important to “take time out and smell the coffee”, says Caro Wedding, CrestClean’s Auckland West Regional Master Franchisee.
So, when four franchise teams in the region clocked up 18 years’ experience between them, she took them out to a café to celebrate.
Long Service Awards were presented to Nilesh and Cima Nadan (5 years), Ashna Devi and Edwin Prakash (5 years), Satish and Swaran Kumar (5 years) and Tevita and Kilisitina Pamaka (3 years).
“These teams are a large part of the backbone of the Auckland West region,” says Caro.
“They all help others in the region. If someone needs to go on holiday, or someone is sick, you can ring them and they will do anything for you. They were also very supportive throughout the Covid pandemic.”
Long Service Certificates are presented to franchisees after 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 years with CrestClean.
“It’s good to stop and take time out to present these awards. Everyone’s busy and we don’t see each other socially very often, so it’s nice to have a catch-up and celebrate achievements like this. Well done to these franchisees for growing successful businesses and thank you for all your hard work.”
