Homeownership dream comes true for Robert and Alma
Hamilton franchise owners Robert and Alma Alinio are celebrating a major milestone – purchasing their first home.
Situated in a friendly neighbourhood in Rototuna North, their new home offers plenty of space, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage, and enough land for a garden. It’s ideal for Robert, who enjoys gardening, although Alma jokes there’s no time for it these days. The couple are committed to building their business.
Robert and Alma have owned their CrestClean franchise for just two years, so buying a home this early in their business journey is a significant achievement. Prior to buying, they found renting tough and didn’t like moving from house to house, so finally putting down roots has brought a huge sense of relief and stability.
“We wanted to have our own house. That was our dream,” says Alma.
Thanks to the income from their franchise, Robert and Alma have also been able to support their daughter while she studies at Wintec.
“The business is very helpful with covering her tuition fees,” says Alma.
The couple first heard about CrestClean through friends at church. Robert had been exploring business ownership opportunities, and Alma says CrestClean turned out to be the perfect fit.
“It’s my husband’s dream to have a business here in New Zealand.”
Alma continues to work as a healthcare caregiver at Waikato Hospital, often juggling shift work with her duties in the business.
“We work together to achieve our dreams and goals,” she says.
Now, with a place to call home and a growing business they’ve built together, Robert and Alma are proud of how far they’ve come. Their hard work is paying off and side by side, they’re creating a bright and secure future for their family.
