CrestClean sponsors Business Achievement category at New Zealand Primary Healthcare Awards

CrestClean’s Liezl Foxcroft celebrates with Business Achievement Award winners Amanda Slaats and Catherine Keenan of Vivian Pharmacy at the New Zealand Primary Healthcare Awards.

CrestClean was proud to sponsor the Business Achievement category at the 2025 New Zealand Primary Healthcare Awards He Tohu Mauri Ora. These awards shine a light on the amazing innovation, collaboration, and excellence happening across New Zealand’s primary healthcare sector – something we feel closely connected to through the work we do helping healthcare providers keep their facilities clean and hygienic every day.

Held in Auckland, the glamorous black-tie gala brought people together from all corners of the sector to enjoy live entertainment, a three-course dinner, and plenty of time to connect and celebrate each other’s successes. Representing CrestClean on the night were Liezl Foxcroft, Kelsey Gibson, Kirsten Hopkins, Neil and Rachel Kumar, and Pinakin Patel.

A huge congratulations goes to Amanda Slaats and Catherine Keenan from Vivian Pharmacy in New Plymouth, who took home this year’s Business Achievement Award. In the tough times following COVID-19, they chose to transform their workplace culture to better support their team. By creating an open-door policy, encouraging honest communication, and focusing on values, they built a supportive workplace where staff feel heard and valued.

Their approach has boosted team morale, strengthened customer loyalty, and grown the business.

Judges described Vivian Pharmacy as “an excellent example of values-based leadership in action,” recognising the real difference that positive culture and staff development can make.

We’d also like to give a big shout-out to Andy Chen and Lizzie Sok from Unichem The Palms Pharmacy, who were celebrated as finalists in this category.
