CrestClean connects with healthcare professionals at South GPCME
It was a busy four days for the CrestClean team at the South General Practice Conference and Medical Exhibition (GPCME) in Christchurch, with plenty of great conversations and a chance to meet some of the people working on the frontline of primary healthcare.
Held at Te Pae Christchurch, the South GPCME brings together General Practitioners, specialists and other healthcare professionals from around the country.
CrestClean’s new GM of Sales & Growth Kyle Cooke was joined by Christchurch Regional Manager Yasa Panagoda and Quality Assurance Co-ordinator Tracy Stringer at the event, where they had the opportunity to hear directly from healthcare professionals and gain a better understanding of what they need from their cleaning teams.
Healthcare cleaning is a very different world from standard commercial cleaning, and it was a key part of the conversations at the CrestClean stand. The team had the opportunity to discuss CrestClean’s specialist healthcare cleaning services and the importance of infection prevention and control, strict hygiene practices and reliable cleaning teams. With healthcare environments leaving very little room for things to be missed, the team was able to share how CrestClean Healthcare cleaning is designed to meet the specific demands of these settings.
The conference had plenty on offer, from keynote presentations and practical workshops to a busy exhibition showcasing products, services and new ideas from across the healthcare sector. It was a chance for delegates to learn about the latest developments and explore new technologies.
To add a bit of fun at the CrestClean stand, the team held a prize draw, with Wellington GP Mary English taking home the generous gift hamper.
For Kyle, Yasa and Tracy, South GPCME was a great opportunity to meet people face-to-face and hear what’s happening across the sector. They were proud to be part of the event and look forward to strengthening CrestClean’s connections across the healthcare community.
