Alexandra has three primary schools, Alexandra Primary School, The Terrace School and St Gerard’s School. Dunstan High School also runs the Tititea Outdoor Education Centre, which, through a series of education programmes, introduces students to adventure activities and teamwork while developing their confidence and leadership skills.

Once you’re on the trail, you’ll see amazing scenery, wide-open valleys and experience peace and solitude while riding over viaducts, through schist and stone tunnels and past high-country stations.
