Crest Franchisees ‘Hard working, dependable, polite’
Hamilton Franchisee Dorsamy (Samy) Goundar received positive feedback from GBG Management Trust for the ‘high quality’ service he provides.
Here’s some comments from a local CrestClean customer:
I have known Samy for over 12 years now, when we purchased the KPMG Centre in Hamilton, Paramount were the cleaners for the bathrooms and foyer. Samy was the incumbent contractor for the cleaning of the small common area and he was always conscientious, polite, hard working and dependable.
The main cleaning contract for the tower was put up for tender and unfortunately Samy and Crest lost out but Samy continued to work and deliver a high standard. When we purchased the BNZ Bank building, we knew that a high standard and attention to detail was needed. We also knew that only Samy could provide us with the service that the tenants of the building required.
The KPMG Centre and Westpac building contracts are due for renewal soon. Due to Samy and Waikato Regional Manager Nivitesh Kumar, who has made sure he has the back up and support required to continue to provide a high level of service, these contracts will be awarded to Crest without going to tender.
