The importance of working together as a team was highlighted at the Nelson and Blenheim Christmas party.

About 15 franchisees and their families attended the end of year celebration that was held at the Moutere Community Centre.

“There were a number of games that were played and the reason for that was to encourage everyone to work together. Everyone really enjoyed it. It was nice to be able to bring everyone together,” Regional Manager Barbara de Vries says.

Noah and Kara Borgfeldt decided to make their own tower out of toilet paper with guidance from their mother, Heidi.

The Christmas party provided an opportunity for Crest’s Nelson and Blenheim teams to get together and catch up.

“One of the games that were played at the Christmas party required teams to make the tallest tower out of toilet paper. Some of the franchisees are really competitive so that was interesting to see,” she says.

“Everyone had a great time and they enjoyed catching up with each other. A lot of our teams don’t have a chance to catch up with each other because they are so busy with work and family commitments during the year,” says Barbara.
